offered. Account deletion requests you submit here apply to your OwnMenu customer account
for the website or app you use with the same branding.
Steps to request that your account is deleted
Open this page using the official account-deletion URL we publish (for example via the discreet link in
the footer of ownmenu.com, or from in-app help if we provide it there).
Enter the phone number associated with your OwnMenu account in the form below.
Click Request account deletion. You will see an on-screen confirmation with the expected
timeline.
What data is deleted or kept, and retention
Typically deleted or anonymized after we process your request: your account profile,
saved preferences, order history and receipts linked to your account, loyalty or rewards tied to the account,
and marketing preferences.
May be retained for a limited additional period where required for legal, tax, accounting,
payment-network, or fraud-prevention purposes—for example minimal transaction or dispute records. Retention is
limited to what applicable law requires and is often up to several years depending on
jurisdiction (commonly up to around seven years for certain tax and financial records). Such data is not
used for marketing.
